I've looked at countless reviews for the cooler (with i7 CPUs) and almost all of them have temps that are 10+ degrees cooler than my own.

Hello ! I just acquired a HP Elitebook 2540p. I want to use my Dell Wireless 5530 HSPA inside it and I'm blocked by the whitelist.
