ITS ALIVE!!! it was the bloody keyboard that was causing it to fail..
weird fing is though the xp bios didn't work.. the vista one did.... its operating system is xp... weird..

Hi there, i have a 1640z with the exact same problem.
I tried your files but nothing happened.
It read the floppy disk for about 30 seconds then stopped. I left it for nearly an hour to see if anything would happen, but nothing.
What did i do wrong?
