i tried to go on to the ftp site from the read me to get the bios update and cant.

I have read all the posts about this ctx computer and have found several that would be helpful if i could get to any of the info. every time i try to get to one of the links from a post i GET A 404 ERROR. Can someone please perhaps reply with some help on where to go or email the update? mine is v1 ...
