already resolved this problem - start awdflash with key /nbl (No Bios Lock)
Now reboot and good buy

I watched more attentively and have found Manli kabel on down of ISA slot.
but now I have another problem.
Trying upgrade bios from PcPartner -it was succesful but now I cannot update bios from any other files (old bios file and new from Manli also) Awdflash told - "This file is No Support of BIOS ...
