This is the 440ZX chipset version of the PCChips M761 V3.x

Of that I am pretty sure.

That is the 5MVP4 not 5MMVP4. We don't have a full manual but a pretty complete settings sheet here:

A working bios has been posted at vogons. It is included on the Ultimate Retro page for the board:
https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/10146

Can you confirm the setting for the Edom/Wintech MV045 are matching this board?

Total Hardware 99 revives as Ultimate Retro

Some of you might know TH99 (Total Hardware 1999), a collection of info on motherboards, disks and add-on cards. It is found all around the web. One of the drawbacks is it is static, 2nd, it is not searchable and 3rd, it is just pictures and settings, no manuals or bioses. We do make those available...

Re: Help Identifying very RARE motherboard

whichever it is, we have basic layout info and jumper settings here:
https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/5612

We'll update that page accordingly when we're out of maintenance mode.

Re: Need to identify this old bios, its a tough one

So, starting on this new project, we sometimes dig up old info. Your board is called 486 ASIC II

We would like to have a good board picture and a bios dump if possible.

Re: 80GB PC-Chips A101 V1.4

I will see what I can do. Usually if a bios was patched only for 32GB+ not 64GB+ it means it had an issue. However seeing this one is done long ago, maybe before the 64GB limit could be tackled, it might work.

Re: Motherboard Soyo SY-7SBB dead

It does not need to be patched I believe and even if it needed that, I first want to make sure the bios cannot be the problem.

Re: GIgabyte g1 guerilla 3tb+ support broken in official bios

Reset the bios to defaults before and after the bios update. That usually takes care of anything left behind in the DMI pool data area. You have tried both disks separately? You are sure not one of them is dead by itself?

Re: Need MS-5108 BIOS

This is fantastic! I'm not sure what harddisks you tried to run on this thing, they might be too big or unformatted or whatever. It is possible the IDE controller was fried somewhat because of the misplacement of the chips here and there. One big question though, could you please send the bios to ei...
