Believe or not thanks to you I solved the problem, you asked me about the waranty, then I thouht ; this is a very old motherboard no waranty at all, and decided to tray ,then disconectecd a transistor which is tied to the jumper that diasbles the chassis open function...and everything's ok.

I have found a 486 M.board and it's working fine , any way I'd like to upgrde it, maybe somebody knows how to find the ¨newest¨ bios version, perhaps someone can write it.

I have an Aopen Mx3s motherboard with an intel 800 mhz cpu, I've tried to upgrade to tualatin 1.2ghz but it doesnot work I wonder is it a hardware or a bios limitation ?.I'have seen mx3s-t boards that do accept this cpu.

No dear friend I think it's impossible because both are board soldered,non socketed.Perhaps as a last choice I could try to unsolder the chip and try to hot flash it, but in this case maybe I would need a board like BCN in620.Would'nt I ?.What is your advise ?
