ok...well i just spoke with msi and they told me to send it in they would fix for free which is good news, and i just sold it to a coworker for 40.00 bucks so i am not out that much thank you for your help

ok like an idiot i jacked up my new mobo, i think by accident i unprotected the boot lock flashed it with current version and i get nothing i tired clearing the cmos(moved the jumper and waited a few mins) even tried taking the battery out for a few mins, tried the mis boot recovery but i didnt wait ...
