I found it... Bios patcher ver 6 alpha 10 release... but it does not patches the 65535 mb bug... as apple rom mentioned...

Version 4.xx of the patcher is only for AWARD BIOSes. Version 6.xx also patches some AMI BIOSes.
You can find links to it in the rom.by forum.

I will try to look in the forums but I don't understand the langauge...russian I belive... any way I will try to find it and thanx a lot for explaining ...

And as you are wrote the patcher... do you have any early plans to integrate ami bios 65535 Mb bug patching.... I am waiting for your response

bios patcher can`t break the 65535 mb barrier for amibioses now. only - 32gb (upto 64gb).

But the site says it's strictly for award bioses only....

And if 32 GB why can't 65535 MB...(this is not a genuine barrier)... I believe it will be much easier to patch this....

I belive I will ...

All I can see is BIOS PATCHER for award and it clearly mentions oly for Award Bios

The 32GB bug in Award BIOS that prevents many users from using HDD larger than 32GB (BIOS hangs at detection) can be easily fixed in existing BIOSes. This means that if there's no BIOS for your board that supports HDDs over 32GB but supports up to 32GB, it can be fixed ...

This is an AMI BIOS

tomato T810B-s

the bios date is 10/10/00

When i connect my 80 gb hard disk to it it detects it as 65535 mb in the bios setup and setup hangs....

Please help me break this barrier..

I am not looking for something big

Just want to remove the startup OEM logo from the bios

AS I ve never seen this bios before and i dun have physical access to it...

Just tell me how to enter the setup and what all menus are there and ahere can i find this OEM ...

Well ... I ve to guide some one on phone to configure the bios setup....

I haven't seen it... so I need some screen shots of the bios....

My problem is I dun ve access to it....
