Jup, i havent seen anything.
But it stopped with makin noise, the light went out, so i tried answering 'y' and pressing 'enter'

No!
The problem is it has always been on restore mode, i switched it to normal and tried to boot once, that got me the 4-3-4-2 beep (Saying start the flash program) then i switched it back, and now it beeps 4-3-4-1.

Before i tried this, the floppy disk seemed to boot, but stoped making noise after ...

It wont even boot the floppy now
Since i moved the jumper.
Tried a bios reset, but even that didnt work.

It now says this:
4-3-4-2 Initialize the boot device.

But thats connected and loaded

There are only two types of Athlon XP 2800+;
- Tbred-b version @ 13.5 x 166 = 2250 MHz
- Barton version @ 12.5 x 166 = 2083 MHz

No, 133 x 18 = 2400 MHz or anything like that

No one that could give me a lil help here?
Instead of the beep code, the mobo now gives me a single beep (like its supposed to) but i still dont see a thing, and without the floppy loaded, it returns to its beep code self

Well, im busy tryin, though the problem is i cant see a thing
It says follow the on screen instructions, but i dont know what to do

Well, ive come to the conclusion that i just wanna flash the *** thing nomatter what
So, the question remains, can you guys help me to
- find the proper bios file for my mainboard
- flash without seeing anything

How to find out whether your are right or not?

I cant get the mobo to boot, it always gives me the same beeps ...
Well, not always, when i boot without the CPU (so thats without anything!) the mobo gives a long beep ...

Well i dont hava ISA graphcard, only a PCI one, but that didnt work either.
The BIOS has been reset a couple of times, but nothin seems to work ...

K here's the deal:
A while ago my mobo stopped workin and started to gimme those 'code' beeps.
After lookin them up, it said: 4-3-4-1 Boot the Flash program.
