Thanks i might just go for a p3 500 then as people have been having problems with the speedstep am i best to buy pc 100 sodimm whats the max i can put in 256mb? or 512? there was some sticks of 256 133 mhz sodimm going cheap would these be ok ? or sholud i just stick to pc100 whats the best combo? c...

hi, so i got hold of a thinkpad and i need to flash the bios so it supports xp.I have downloaded the bios file and made a bootable cd with drdose on it. here is my problem when i run the flash program it starts ok then it asks for me to extract the file so it can flash. well i can't seem to do this....
