I found the problem. It was the keyboard. I unplugged the keyboard and started the computer and it started with no problems. If anyone would like to explain why. I would love to hear it.

POST test failure on Abit KG7 Raid board
I have a post test failure. The main board is a KG7 Raid. It uses AMD761/VIA 686B chip set and SoftMenu™III BIOS. When I turn the power on I get two long beeps and they keep repeating until I turn the power off. The computer never boots. My setup is an AMD 1.4 MHz processor, two IBM desk star 40 GB ...
