yes I have swapped all my pci slots around and re-installed them all but still have the same problem, I am currently just leaving the pc on 24/7 but using the powersaving for monitor and hard drive.

I recently installed a new pci modem card , the problem is that the pc stops booting up before even the memory check innitiates , if I remove the modem even slightly out of the socket the pc boots up ok and recognises the new modem , once installed it operates perfectly but will not re-boot without ...
