BIOS Updates forum

Hi,

I have a new Toshiba desktop (1Ghz) with AmiBios 1.08.03.
Where can i find information on all Bios-settings; to optimize my
PC.
I know there is an option ("default optimized settings") but i don't trust this..
Is there a way to optimize my Bios settings on a more simple way?

But what if my Armada 1750 does'nt even read the floppy with booting (after a corrupted flash?)
I'm desperate..

Hello,
Flashing my Compaq Armada 1750 my upgrade chrashed.
The disk in the a-drive became corrupt.
Now my Armada won't boot.
And he won't boot from another disk.

HEELP!

Is replacing the mainboard the only solution?
If so: i have to burry the compaq.
I'm realy sad!
