i havea bios update for the lucky 6lx2 motherboard but im flashing the bios from cd and to make a bootable cd you need a image file what is it what kind do i need (440lx cipset)

Question 1:how do i boot from a cd do i have to put special boot files on the cd or what ??

Question 2:What processors can my motherboard (lucky star 6lx2 440lx chipset)???
