How easy is it to find a password with in a bios ??

Found this site, http://medion.adslweb.co.uk , they're trying to hack/flash the BIOS, but I don't know if I want to flash it, I want to get the password !

Hi I have a Medion PC that has some of it's bios features password protected. The normal bios access is available and not password protected..
