Hello, I have an old Canon NoteJet 486/25 which doesn't display anything, but at start i hear 1 long beep and 3 short ones. I have a Medion MD 9889 laptop with a pentium 266 MMX. I want to id the MB and i am not able. It has an intel chipset as in the Bios string , but more it's not to be found

Do anyone heard of a Cybercom Laptop. On the back it says NoteBook as the brand and the model it's Cybercom 9889.

I need help with this model as i do not find any info about it about the motherboard and everything.

So from what you're saying i understand that only MB built by intel has free schematics on the net.
Other companies such as my Microstar board do not share for free this information.
If i am wrong please correct me!

Hi Maybe the jumper it's not there and instead it's soldered to the position in which the onboard graphics adapter it's enabled and therefore you can not change it.The only way in this case it's to solder it in the other position and the card will be disabled and enabling you to add a PCI video adap...
