i think the ram you installed is not compatible with the board. try using other brand of 128 mb ram. i had encountered several problems like that too. that should help fix your problem

btw, i'm having some errors. it says 'Search through file. Not an AcerBios" but i am very sure that this is a bios of Acer. maybe it needs the version 0.21 of the acerdeco. heheh
my motherboard model is v66m-2
my acer unit is acerpower 6100
