On Celeron, P2s and P3s, the multiplier (ratio) is locked inside the CPU, so it cannot be changed by the jumpers. You can set anything there, it will be always 4.5x.

It's PC Chips board (maybe M559) - identify it at PC Chips Lottery http://go.to/th2 (in the "DON'T KNOW" section). You will find links to manuals and BIOSes there.

If you use Win95/98, you can press F8 before boot and select "Safe Mode Command Prompt Only" from the boot menu. MS-DOS 6.x also has something like this (I think that F5 or F8). You can also make boot disk using SYS A: command and then boot from it. Boot disk created by this command has no autoexec....

Some boards have jumper called flash write protect - check your manual.

The /CC parameter means "Clear CMOS" - it clears all settings in BIOS, which will display "CMOS checksum error" on reboot.

In 99% cases, new BIOS contains all fixes that were in previous version.
"AWDFLASH bios.bin" should work in most cases.

The 32GB limitation should be fixed in all BIOSes later than 7/1999. I think that it's not listed there because it was fixed in a previous release.
