I don't have XP, but I doubt that it can create DOS boot disk...

If you bought the board and CPU in a shop and they told you that it will work, return it back...

The latest BIOS is "04/28/97-i430VX-2A59GA29C-00" -> up to 8.4GB only.

I need BIOS that has fixed the bug with multipliers 11x and above.
I know that PowerLeap has a BIOS for P2B which allows Tualatin CPUs to run.
The 1014 beta 001 is "07/08/01-i440BX-<<P2B>>-00".

If anyone have Asus P2B BIOS later than 1014 BETA 001 or BIOS update from PowerLeap for this board, please send it to me...

I think that it's not Chaintech 5SBM - it has different BIOS ID: "07/04/95-SiS-5501-5503-2A5ICC39-01".

Look at the top of the screen during POST - Zida board model should be displayed there.

It should be SuperPower SP-A586B. That's not very old board - looks like PC Chips M726 or M729.
