Your mobo have hardware (not BIOS) problem. It`s "usually" for Jetway V266 series. Death Vcore-capable can approach itself, but bios flashing only accelerates this process.

Phoenix bioses include 'platform.bin' in the end of main ROM-file - in old systems it was another file. Cut it by Mbit-size of your bioschip and flash to ROM.

cbrom 2.15 is NOT recommended for using. Use 2.07 or 2.08.
But for last bioses correct working only cbrom32-versions. I recommend - cbrom32 v. 1.49 (it correct work with old bioses too).
