Try clearing CMOS or adding/removing a memory or PCI card. It should force NVRAM update which might bring it back to life.

Press F1 repeatedly after power-on/reset, it might get you in the SETUP. If you don't use the boot ROM on the network card, disable it somehow (using configuration program from card's manufacturer).

Use awdblock (use search) to boot into DOS. Create autoexec.bat on the floppy (using another computer) that will flash the BIOS automatically - so you don't have to use the keyboard.

Make sure your CPU is in a socket and not soldered to the board. Some versions of these boards come with integrated non-replaceable CPU and some even with some RAM too.

Try save the backup again and compare with original. I guess that it didn't change at all and it can be rebooted safely.

Removing the battery caused the CMOS settings to be reset, including date and time. The antivirus is probably confused by the date going backward :)

If there's SETUP, it's probably CMOS checksum error.
Make sure the battery is OK and the clear CMOS jumper is set to NORMAL.

Your board has additional BIOS write protection which UniFlash can't disable :(

ATI Rage 128 would be adequate to the CPU. Older Radeons should work too (7000-8500, 9100, 9500, 9700). I've had Celeron 333, 64MB RAM and 32MB Rage128 in Asus P2B and it was great for games back then. Then I upgraded memory (to 192MB), then CPU (to Celeron 600, overclocked to 900), then memory agai...

Some BIOSes don't like floppy access from flat real mode. This will be fixed in next UniFlash version.

I got LuckyStar LS-P54CE rev.G1 board. Someone threw it away with case, AMD K6-200 (not compatible with that board?!), 2x16MB SIMMs, 3Com EtherLink ISA card and TEAC CD-55A controller (but not corresponding CD-ROM drive ). This site http://www.rom.by/bios/LS/ says that 5I-VX1 BIOS is compatible with...

Maybe use PCI ROM image instead (use PCI ID of some PCI device in the system).
