Using BIOS for another board is not possible with newer boards. Not only chipset and super i/o but also clock generator must be the same. And there are also some special chips on some boards which cause more problems.

Then it might work or might not. Depends on how the board is designed (if the keyboard controller comes up enabled after power on or disabled and BIOS must enable it).

Make sure you downloaded correct BIOS and try to flash it using UniFlash.

Try UniFlash if awdflash does not work. Make sure you're flashing correct BIOS.

CMOS checksum error is normal after BIOS update. Just go into setup, configure what you need and save.

Keyboard should work - these boards usually have separate keyboard controller (big 40-pin DIP).

You might be able to boot from HDD but not from the floppy.

Your BIOS is probably too old to support booting from CD-ROM. There is no other reason for BIOS to detect CD-ROM drives.
