If you put in a SCSI controller card that can handle this disk I don't see why not. The board as such has no onboard SCSI, so you need a seperate add-in card.
Beware, that Micropolis is probably VERY noisy.

Starting with the AN430TX and the LT430TX, all Intel motherboards have the type number printed on them. Clearly visible. An alterntive would be to post the AAxxxxxx-xxx number along with the IXXXxxxxxxxx serial number on the stickers. If you can't find those, it's not an Intel board, just a motherbo...
