i have the most updated nero program . when i put blank cd on it shows write max 40 when it is empty it shows 52 max. but the blank cd i put is already 56 x compatible. and also read speed is 40 max. You may have accidentally deleted the Non-DOS setup partition. Check the compaq website for F-10 setup and Diagnostic repair disks.

The only other company I know of is PowerLeap, but they integrate the CPU into the card, and they're horribly over-priced.
