It appears you have an MSI MS-6119 motherboard with BIOS version 2.7 which has an "Update date" of June 14 1999. Did you try to clear CMOS? Page 15 of the P2L-B motherboard manual.

Should be able to get the latest Beta BIOS at:

and click on the Beta button on the top. Looks like a BIOS from August 2000.

The post to the ASUS newsgroup on the TX97-XE was mine. I did not try the PCI card as a 2ndary card in an AGP system. I did try them as the primary display device in a an AGP capable Super7 motherboard (Epox MVP3G5) to see if they were okay, and they worked fine. Both systems had 350W power supplies.
