Hi Rainbow.

1.)
Would not it be better to disassemble AwdFlash / AMIFlash / Asus Flash utility versions (which have Nforce Support)
instead waiting for Nvidia's decision of publishing datasheets?

;)

2.)
Nvidia also has a developer's section.
I am sure that you can get help there.

http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/soc ... TM0203.zip

( It is the same like: http://kuriaki.myftp.org:8245/Archives/ ... M/0203.rom )

Hi.

You still can modify the BIOS even if there are no BIOS strings.
(I did it successfully with many such BIOS files.)

Hi.

The BIOS is an AMIBIOS with a very late/new AMIBIOS Core 070010 and a new structure.

So you only can use AMIBCP for DOS.

This "special" kind of AMIBIOS (like in many ASRock BIOS files) causes that only the values: "hidden/unhide" will be displayed, but not the Setup Menue names/strings.

UniFlash suggestions

Hi. 1.) Because UniFlash still has troubles to detect the correct/any FLASH EEPROM type/ID on PCI/AGP cards, it would be great if you could disassemble graphic cards (DOS) flash utilities ("NVFlash", "ATIFlash") and take/use their disassembled methods to get access to the (FLASH) EEPROMs. 2.) Also d...

Hi. Phoenix BIOS files have DMI (Asset Tag) sections which can be modified with the Phoenix BIOS Editor. Because Phoenix BIOS modification was mentioned very often in this forum, you should try the forum search engine and look for: "Phoenix AND BIOS AND Editor" (including the "AND" - case sensitive)

Hi. 1.) You should get in contact with Rainbow , the author of UniFlash to add support for the HP notebook and other HP notebooks. 2.) Phoenix BIOS files generally available in two forms: a)BIOS file (.wph/.rom) + addtional platform.bin file b)BIOS file (.wph/.rom) merged with a few additional kilob...

Hi. referring to your previous statement that it can be opened by using CBROM, it probably LZH. Or, if not, it will still be a variant of Lempel-Ziv. I just wrote that the BIOS file can be opened with CBROM, but I did not wrote that the etBIOS/etDVD module can be opened with CBROM. The etBIOS/etDVD ...
