You wrote generally facts which does not help to solve the problem. :( I would like to unhide BIOS-Menus/...

You can try to dump / create an uncompressed backup of your BIOS:

http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopi ... 9558#29558

Then try to modify the backup with PhoenixBIOS-Editor....
You can send me the back up BIOS file too.

Why converting a PhoenixBIOS image into IBM-compressed format???? It is not necessary to do this. You just need to do following to get a decent, uncompressed, "modify-able" PhoenixBIOS: Update your IBM-Phoenix-BIOS with the latest available BIOS-update & Phoennix-WinPhlash. (use the mentioned method...

Furthermore the IBM BIOS-updates are stored in "Self extracting-file/image-to-disk-executables". In most cases these are SFX-CAB-Archives ->Can be unpacked with WinRar/WinAce or "WinImage...

in most cases EEPROMS have to be cleared before they can be write again.

Uniflash does not have this feature to clear EEPROMS/Flashroms (yet :) ).
