Re: Custome Dell D600
Hi. You can either use WinPhlash to dump the BIOS of the D600 or you can use the undocumented switches of self extracting and self executing DELL BIOS update files: http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=32116& http://www.alsway.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,43/expv,0/topic,1.0 ... <DE...

Hi. LPC and FWH describe programming methods[...]. The extension of a BIOS update (128KB, 256KB, 512KB, 1MB, 2MB,) is equal and is not depending on the used programming method. If another mainboard is able to program FLASH-EEPROMs with different capacities and with different methods depends on the c...

Hi. Either: You take/download the BNOBTC ( http://bnobtc.pix-art.com ) or download a CBROM release (such as from here: http://bnobtc.pix-art.com/bnobtc-files/award/cbrom/ ). After downloading you can use CBROM to extract the different modules (especially the SystemBIOS module) and disassemble them a...

Hi.
To uncompress IBM/Phoenix compressed BIOS files you can take:
"PHCOMP"
I did not know that it is part of the BNOBTC all the time.
It is also available from here:
http://bnobtc.pix-art.com/bnobtc-files/phoenix/
Just run:
phcomp /d <Phoenix BIOS file>
