remove the keyboard set up external keyboard and hope that your bios will show an error ,regardless boot in windows and run as per norm a few times then reconnect the laptop keyboard and disconnect external keyboard and see if it goes ,if not reconnect external keyboard with laptop keyboard attached...

Ok, I'm still getting the 108 error most of the time, and I think it has to do with the memory overheating. assuming your running a tp 600e the celeron 433 will work just fine with no hex edit mods needed to run l2 cache,i beleive this is the fastest readily available cpu to run with no hex edit mod needed on the 600e,intel made a 466 celeron but i never ever seen one,nor anyone else i know for that matte...
