What markings are on the RAM chips themselves?

Please make sure that the HDD's are jumpered corectly for Master/Slave, etc... and that you plugged them in correctly.

As for the RAM, check to make sure that it is compatible with your chipset.

Not possible.

An add-in PCI card does not use the system BIOS settings for USB.

Check your driver install as Denniss recommended.
