Uniflash works with the Atmel 29C010 or 29C020 Chips (proved) but has some recognition problems with them .
Use Uniflash -Chiplist to get the ID-number for the Chip and use it with Uniflash -Force xxxx .

Yesterday I flashed 4 of the well known H.T. chips(MX28F1000PPC) with Aminf332 without any problems in a M571V3.2 . Check the 5V/12V Flash Voltage jumper - if you have a MX28x or H.T. Flashrom then it has to be set to 12V . There'is a later Bios existing : http://www.wimsbios.com/~ajzchips/index.htm...

Please check your Harddrive for a 32GB Limitation jumper - your drive is limited to 32GB !!!
The correct model number should be printed onto the Mainboard - MS6183 or MS6183E .

Look at this site :
http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/k6plus.htm
This guy is modifying CPU-tables for K6-2+ support .
Maybe he can tell you how to do it for your Cyrix M-II .

Is it possible to extract an INT13 Module from a newer AMI-Bios(K7S5A as example) and insert this module in an older Bios( Pcchips M560 or others) to give them support for HDD up to 128GB ?
As far as I know this Int13 modules handles the IDE drives and detection .

If you have something to add please post in your original thread and don't open a new one .
Please see my answer in your original thread .
Message has nothing to do with SCSI !
Doublecheck Master/Slave jumpersettings on your device(s) connected to secondary IDE-port - maybe try another cable .

Seems you have a UDMA66/100/133 capable device connected to secondary port but you use an ordinary 40wire cable instead uf the 80wire for UDMA66 and higher .
Install that cable and message will go away !

The .bin file is the biosfile but it may come as zipped(.zip) or with a selfextractor(usually .exe) .
You need a flash program to flash it into your Bios .
Please read the FAQ from the main page how to flash a Bios !!!!!
