AMI bios sticker 6.) 1-AGP slot, 3-PCI slot, and 2-ISA slot 7.) 2-SDRAM slots and 2-SIMM slots 8.) AT/ATX type of PSU 9.) ITE Super I/O chip 10.) SoundPro HT1869V+ I nee...

I have one too but a very problematic one. Power up problem usually.

The bios downloaded file is empty. I know theres a file but when I open it, its empty.

well, i think you have to check your VRM circuit first before doing your next plan. I suspect one or more MOSFET are bad. Check it out first why there is only a "very short burst of power" then stoppped.

Try to reflash or hotflash your BIOS chip with the correct bios file.

Did you hear any beeps? Did you check the contacts from memory, video card, etc?

Try to assemble only mobo, proc n fan, ram, and vcard. If possible try to use a motherboard post card before you make any step.Whats the end result?
