Okay, I have found the cause for windows code 10. The probelem is in the BIOS. Here are the steps i used: Enter BIOS setup screen, highlight PNP/PCI Configuration, then highlight PNP OS installed change "No" to "Yes". This is how i got my hardware back up and running.

Yes all of my drivers are up to date, but my USB port card is a pci 2.1 cards. I dont understand why isnt it working.

But the devices worked before i reformatted my harddrive. I reformatted my harddrive because of a Bios update that Jan made. Could the Bios update affect the add in cards?

The addin cards are PCI 2.2, but they have been working in my computer before i reformatted my harddrive.

So BIOS may be showing 400 MHz but it is actually running at 500MHz?
