My uncle just told me that I might have to change some jumper settings which I have no idea how to do and I have no idea where to start. Does someone think they might have some answers for setting jumper settings?

Ok, ive successfully updated my bios, but now i have a bigger problem, with the new CPU installed i turn on my computer my monitors power light turns green showing its getting enought power but it dosn't display a single thing. Any clues to this or will i have to look for a different bios?

I have gotten the Bios from the Tri Gem website, but when i try to upgrade them it gives me an error on around the 3rd step: File close failed on BIOS.ROM press any key to reboot. Ive been looking for sometime since after i purchased a new Intel Celeron 1.3 processor for my computer. Ive looked at intels website and it seems that i really need a bios update for support.
