Hi Edwin, I cant create the bootable floppy from the PC as it wont start. Is it possible to use a different PC? I thought that what was on the packard bell site let you pull the existing data off the PC but in my case the PC wont start. Is that the way it works?? Sorry for all teh questions its just...

I had it all opened out and there doesnt look to be any damage that is visable anyway everything looks as good as new.

Hi, My PC (S/N 031917720049) has recently stopped booting up correctly. When I turn the power on text reads "Please insert BIOS file". I do not have any of the disks or litriture that came with the PC. From reading on the net it seems to be a case of just getting the BIOS file and inserting the disk...
