Hi guys,

I'm not sure is this BIOS related but I hope someone had the same problem or can shed some more light on it.

Some details:
Laptop: FSC Esprimo Mobile V5535
Chipset: Sis M672
Motherboard BIOS: 1.12
VBIOS: 3.74.10A
OS: Windows 7 Pro x64 RTM
External display: Samsung T260HD

Problem:
Can't use "Extend these displays" under "Multiple displays" option.
I can use main LCD screen or external display separately or two at a time but only in clone mode. Whenever I try to extend the desktop primary display goes black and secondary only works.
By "primary display" I mean the screen which is currently selected as "main display". So if main display is built-in LCD it will go black and Samsung will show images, if Samsung is selected as main display then I will get image only on built-in LCD.
I can get 1920x1200 on external display so I don't see problems with max resolution (sis 651 and 140x900 and higher).
However I was able to extend my screen (with 1280x800 x2 or 1280x800+1920x1200) with Win XP Pro x86.
This makes me think that it's probably driver issue not BIOS.

I've tested uvga 5.12 and 5.20.
I've tried changing this settings via Windows Screen Resolution and via SiS tray - same results.

I've found a solution.
It was driver problem as I suspected.
