If the video card is bad, can we still able to view Bios.
If you can view the Bios, the video card works in ega/vga standard mode.
This is not enought for saying that all is ok, because I had a video card that after the correct installation on Windows, with its drivers, it display a series of rows in the others configurations except in vga standard mode.
It's possible that video card is damaged and it can display only some configurations, like the simple ones
