Is there a work around to bypass the DEL to enter setup. Before this has happened I changed the AGP card but computer did not start at all. So I changed again the original AGP and then the PC started but halted at the DEL command before entering the setup. Could I have damaged the board by doing the...

Upon switching on the computer with the above, it told me to press DEL to enter setup. When I pressed Del nothing happened. I must say that during the brief boot the keyboard LEDs flashed briefly twice.
