1440X900 on ASUS P4SGL-VM

Can you please send me the bios I need to run my new monitor at 1440X900? I have the ASUS P4SGL-VM that has no LAN. Ive tried the bios supplied here by asus but no luck... im running windows XP SP3 if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance, steve
