So i got told to update my BIOS. But I'm a newbeginner at this stuff.
So i figured i might ask you guys, since u seem to know everything :o

Here's the info i got from eSupport BIOS Agent:
Your BIOS Agent Results:
BIOS ID: 01/04/2005-nForce-250GB-6A61CA1AC
OEM Sign-On: None
BIOS Date: 01/04/05
BIOS Type: Award
Chipset: AMD 1100 rev 0
Super I/O: Unknown
OS: WinXP SP2
BIOS ROM Socket: Yes
BIOS ROM Size: 512K
Memory Installed: 512 MB
Memory Max: 8192 MB
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ 2010 Mhz MAX: 3000 Mhz
Can it really be true that I have to pay 30$ to update my BIOS?
If not, how can this be done?
