Hey

I have an eMachines 370 and I recently updated the graphics card. After a few months not thinking I rebooted my computer back to factory settings and after the computer was rebooted it says that the graphics card is not reconised and all the graphics are all to shot and the screen just goes black so I am unabloe to use my computer. After talking to customer support for 6 mins and £16 later I was told to install the original graphics card and reboot my computer again, but being a typical girl I have lost the original graphics card. Is there anyway of getting around this so I can used my computer again???

Can anyone help me!!!!!

Regards Lisa

Umm,rebooted to factory settings means you used the restore CD? Have you still got the box of the new graphics card or even a remote idea about the make and model? If so, all you need to do is install the driver files for the new graphics card and all should be well again.
