I have updated drivers on my 2003-era Powerspec PC and managed to gain the option of 1680x1050 resolution, but I see only a black screen when I attempt to select the widescreen resolution. I looked through the BIOS updates that have been posted but am unable to find an appropriate download. Many thanks in advance for your help!

no bios there, you may have to extract it, if we don't find out there's a regular retail FIC motherboard in there that is.

So I ran the BIOS Agent scanner with the following results:

BIOS Type: Phoenix-Award
BIOS Date: October 7th 2002
BIOS ID: 10/07/2002-SiS-651-6A6IXF0CC-00-None
BIOS OEM: Version SAH42 11/22/02 9205 - 6.00 PG
Chipset: SiS 651 rev 1
SuperIO: ITE 8705/SiS 950 rev 2 at port 002E
Manufacturer: System Manufacturer
Motherboard: Product Name

It looks like we should opt for the SAH BIOS. Right?
