NViDia told me to update my bios.. sad to say i don't know how and which one... here is the info please help me!!!

Why do you need to update your Bios? If your computer is too slow then get some more memory. Running XP with only 256MB is really slow.

another source: the os and the drivers. go and update the os with the latest service packs. after that get the latest vga driver (and extract it to your harddisk), uninstall the current vga driver completely (reboot needed!) and install the latest driver from your harddisk.
