It looks like MSI didn't notice SIS removed support for 65x chipsets in newer VGA driver sets.

Use the driver below, the latest official driver to support SIS 65x integrated VGA chipsets:

I have the same problem. It's showing me the same message when I try to install the VGA driver. I have re-installed the Windows XP but instead home edition, i put Professional. When i installed the OS the first time I had no problems with this driver, but now it is showing me this message every time i try to install a driver. I've tried every other possible driver, including yours and it didn't work. My guess is the OS(Home edition/Professional), but what can I do. I couldn't find a suitable driver, and I've tried all of them. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If this can help.
no, it doesn't. id'ing the chipset would have been nice.
a quick search on 761GXK8MC revealed: SIS 761 chipset. get the driver (3.84) here:

http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/topic9748.html

make sure to:
1. download it completely (17MB)
2. unpack it somewhere, DON'T INSTALL IT!
3. remove all other vga driver via the windows software panel
4, reboot
5. wait for windows to ask for a suitable driver for your vga and point it to the location where you unpacked it
6. wait for windows to copy the driver files.
7. done.

please post PCI VEN and DEV from your vga device. find them in the hardware manager's device properties.

hey, that wasn't too bad...if you now can actually post the VEN and DEV of your DISPLAY ADAPTER instead of the PCI-ISA BRIDGE we can start working things out.
oh, and by the way: no need to post a screenshot. the plain numbers should do the trick.
