Is it PCI to begin with? And I didn't know Mac was using a different bios on their cards to prevent them from being used in a PC?

hi, thanks for reply, no, its AGP, and in mac (at least in old models) you need to flash the card to use it.

I've seen lots of Rage Pro and Rage 128 cards, neither of them had a flashable Bios. Please verify your card actually has a flashable chip otherwise you're wasting your time.

I believe you can use the card without flashing it.
It will not show anything at POST, but once you come to Windows or Linux it should work as any other card.

Your best bet is to sell this card. You generally get more money for Mac hardware than for PC hardware. Use the money from the sale to buy something PC native.
