Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me (please!)

I connected an old monitor upto my PC and after a while of booting up (before getting into windows) the screen just went black (but light on monitor stayed on - implying it was recieveing a signal)!

So I had a look online to try and fix this and saw something about the BIOS settings - so in my infinaite wisdom I went into the BIOS settings and disabled the VDU !!! And now the monitor does not recieve a signal from the PC at all - even when I connect the monitor up that was working, that does not recieve a signal!

Obviously I know that I should go back into the BIOS and enable the VDU - but I can't do this as the monitor does not dispaly anything! Can anyone tell me how I can reset the BIOS settings without being able to see anything on the monitor???

Thank in advance for any help offered.
