Most "good" VGA card manufacturers provide both the update and the flash tool.
Which is your particular VGA card? What problems are you experiencing?
Or is your question purely a general knowledge issue?

I dont have any problems with my ASUS V7100 GeForce 2 MX400 Pro (Tv out + 64MB on GPU) but can I get some better performance with video bios flash and if I can I would like to try it but I need information about it. Is the same procedure like motherboard bios flashing? What is the risk? And where can I find flashing software and bios update for my GPU (I was on the Asus oficial before and I found bios for my GPU but nowdays there is no any video bios (for any GPU) on the asus oficial site.Thanks.

No, you won't get better performance out of it. Personally, I wouldn't risk it. Any tweaks can be applied using software, anyway.
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

Soupy's right. A VGA card is usually flashed to solve compatibility issues, and doesn't necessarily improve performance.
