2 Disk Drives Problem..

Hey all
I am having I don't know If I call it a problem that I am still having 80Gb Seagate barracuda Hard Disk Drive - Model ST380011A
and 2 weeks Ago I bought a SAMSUNG SV1021H 10.2GB Hard Drive UDMA33 Model (SV1021H)
The thing is I dont know if the DMA and UDMA when they are together make problems since my Seagate HDD is DMA and the Samsung is UDMA...
Cause I been having randomly restarts sometimes from the pc and also The Dvd Burning when I burn on my Dvd Writer slower than it was before.
