IBM 6793-2HU motherboard

Hi all,
I recently bought an IBM 6793-2HU motherboard but there wasn't a front panel connector.
I know where on the board the front panel connector goes, but I don't know which pin is which.
I have searched on Lenovo.com for details but cannot find any.
Does anyone have one of these boards, and if so, could you have a look and let me know which pins I need to connect to the power switch etc.?
Also, does this board only work with certain graphics cards? I have tried a couple I had lying around, but the screen remains blank. The POST beeps suggest that it is a graphics card problem.
