need help with ami bios

Hi,
I have a ecs g41t-m v2.0 motherboard and i would like a little help with a few things:
1. How do i use an hex (winhex) editor to axtract the ACPITABLE (acpitbl as it is known on award bios)?
2. How do i extract the DSDT sections, edit it and then put it back into the bios?
3. How do i extract the other ACPI tables? eg: FS.. ?
it is ease if you have award bios, you can use cbrom32.exe romfile.rom /acpitble extract - to get the ACPITABLE
and cbrom32.exe romfile.rom /acpitbl acpitable.bin - to put it back into the bios
you can use a hex editor to extract DSDT from the acpitable.bin file.
I would like to know how to do this from with an AMI BIOS

btw: just to let you know, i want to mod my bios so it works with MAC OS X 10.6.4, so that i wont need any dsdt.aml file and kext files.
